Charles brings 11 years of finance and accounting leadership experience, having served as Vice President of Accounting Services, Controller, Finance Director, and Interim Chief Financial Officer for both privately held and private equity–backed organizations.

His expertise includes month-end close oversight, financial modeling, KPI and dashboard development, process improvement, and finance team leadership—all focused on driving operational clarity and informed decision-making.Throughout his career, Charles has helped organizations streamline financial processes, improve reporting accuracy, and build scalable financial frameworks that support growth and accountability.
