Tom brings more than 20 years of financial leadership experience supporting mid-market and emerging growth companies across the government contracting, technology, and professional services sectors. With a proven record of guiding organizations through complex financial transformations, Tom has led finance teams responsible for more than $200 million in revenue, driving operational excellence, scalable financial infrastructure, and measurable value creation.

Prior to joining Stratelligence, Tom held senior leadership roles at Culmen International, Camber Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton, where he built and led high-performing finance organizations, implemented enterprise-level FP&A frameworks, and developed forecasting and analytics models that enhanced executive decision-making. His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, ERP and system implementations, working capital optimization, and M&A support, including integration planning and value acceleration initiatives.
