Charles Voegeli, VP Financial Operations

Charles is a finance & accounting professional with 11 years of experience serving as VP Accounting Services, Controller, Finance Director, and Interim CFO for both privately held and PE-backed organizations. He specializes in month-end oversight, process improvement, financial modeling, KPI development, dashboard development, and team management.

With a proactive and collaborative approach, Charles also specializes in streamlining financial processes and creating reporting frameworks that provide clarity and drive strategic decision-making. Charles has held leadership positions in companies across Retail, DoD, CPG, SaaS/Tech, FinTech, Hospitality, and Non-Profit, helping them optimize financial operations, improve visibility, and scale with confidence.

Charles holds a B.S. in Accounting from the J Mack Robinson College of Business at Georgia State University.

His expertise spans financial planning and analysis, system implementations, working capital optimization, and M&A transactions that accelerate growth and enhance enterprise value.

Tom's leadership experience includes senior roles at Culmen International, Camber Corporation, and Booz Allen Hamilton. He has successfully guided organizations through comprehensive financial transformations, implemented scalable FP&A processes, established robust financial controls, and developed sophisticated forecasting models that support strategic decision-making and stakeholder confidence.

Known for his ability to partner with executive teams and boards, Tom translates financial insights into actionable business strategies. He has built high-performing finance teams, developed training programs that elevate financial acumen across organizations, and created dashboards and KPIs that drive accountability and performance improvement.

Kenneth M. Runkles, PMP, is the Founder and Managing Partner of Stratelligence

Management Consulting, where he helps organizations transform into engines of growth and value creation. With more than 37 years of experience as a Chief Financial Officer and strategic advisor, Ken has led numerous companies through critical inflection points—whether managing turnarounds and transformations, preparing for sale, implementing new financial systems, or optimizing enterprise performance.

At Stratelligence, Ken oversees a robust practice in CFO Advisory, Value Creation, and M&A Transaction Services, supporting clients with everything from financial due diligence, quality of earnings analysis, and operational readiness assessments to valuation modeling, integration planning, and sale optimization strategies. His pragmatic approach blends board-level financial insight with deep operational experience—helping clients not only enhance long-term enterprise value but also accelerate the achievement of their strategic goals.

Before founding Stratelligence, Ken served over two decades as Chief Financial Officer for multiple organizations across the technology, engineering, construction, and professional services sectors, and as a senior executive at two of the world’s largest accounting and management consulting firms. He has led multi-million-dollar international transformation efforts, financial and operational restructurings, and strategic growth initiatives that increased operating profit and corporate valuation.

Ken’s 25-plus years supporting the U.S. defense and intelligence communities have honed his expertise in managing all facets of complex operations within highly regulated environments. His ability to integrate compliance, analytics, and strategic planning has made him a trusted partner to executives navigating DCAA audits, due diligence reviews, and investor negotiations.

Grounded in the conviction that successful organizations align strategy with intelligence, Ken founded Stratelligence to deliver high level financial expertise to small and mid-sized businesses and government contractors. His goal is simple yet powerful: to help leaders shift from managing transactions to managing strategy—building smarter, stronger, and more resilient organizations prepared for growth and if desired, acquisition.
